As a calm and confident leader, Joy is easy and efficient to work with and creates a fun but professional environment to succeed as a team, whether leading from front-of-house as Show Caller or on-stage while Deck Managing.

Virtual Connections Technician

In this role, Joy brings together your virtual presenters with technical experience and onboarding skills. With years of industry experience and an understanding of multiple operating systems, Joy makes running your virtual or virtual hybrid event seamless and smooth for everyone. 

Graphics Operator

In this role, Joy uses time-tested intuition to verify consistency and to present your event’s visuals at just the right time to amplify your message. She can run most presentation systems - PowerPoint or ProPresenter, for example - to provide support for music and speaker visuals.

Live Video Director

In this role, Joy brings together all of your brand visuals and directs with a strong but kind voice. Joy has mastered blending live graphics, camera operation, video playback, and more into a cohesive system that runs efficiently and seamlessly.
